Welcome to LECHI Furniture.
By purchasing or accessing our products and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Product Inspection & Warranty

1. Customers have the right to inspect all items upon delivery under the supervision of a LECHI representative.

2. Warranty is valid up to 10 years from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only.

3. Warranty becomes void in cases of misuse, improper handling, or if the product is disassembled/reassembled by any party other than LECHI’s authorized technicians.

4. Warranty coverage begins from the date the customer receives the product directly from our warehouse.

2. Delivery & Installation

1. Delivery and installation are FREE within Cairo only unless otherwise stated.

2. Products are not delivered until full payment is received.

3. If the customer delays receiving the product, full payment must be completed before issuing the final contract.

4. Installation appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Any changes to the installation date must be communicated 24 hours prior.

6. Delivery/installation dates cannot be changed without prior confirmation.

7. If the customer delays receiving the product beyond the scheduled date, a storage fee will be applied after 2–3 days.

3. Order Cancellation, Modification & Non-Receipt

1. Contract may be cancelled within 3 days from the date of purchase with no deductions.

2. After 3 days, cancellation results in a 25% deduction from the contract value.

3. If the customer refuses or delays receiving the product for 30 days or more, 50% of the contract value will be deducted.

4. Orders cannot be modified after issuance unless the company confirms feasibility.

5. Since all products are custom-made, they cannot be exchanged or refunded once production begins.

6. If the customer insists on cancelling after production has started, 50% of the contract value will be deducted.

4. Delivery Requirements & Customer Verification

1. The customer must be present during delivery or assign an authorized representative with valid identification.

2. No product will be handed over without proper identity verification or written authorization.

3. The customer is responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery (elevator availability, stair width, door sizes, etc.).

4. LECHI is not responsible for damages caused by restricted access, tight spaces, or unsafe delivery conditions.

5. General Conditions

1. The contract becomes binding once the invoice or contract has been issued.

2. No refunds are provided after production has begun.

3. Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen display differences.

4. LECHI reserves the right to update or adjust these Terms & Conditions at any time.
